Running for the School Board
One way to protect public education is to run for a seat on your local school board. To be on the November 3, 2026, ballot, you must:
Obtain a petition from the County Clerk
Collect 25 signatures
Submit your petition to your County Clerk by 4:00 pm on July 27, 2026

Jersey Shore Blue is hosting an art show titled “The Times They Are A-Changin'.” The art show idea was conceived in the summer of 2025, when times felt unsettled, but few could have imagined how dramatically events would unfold. Today, we find ourselves in the midst of a war no one voted for and witnessing people being detained behind barbed wire despite their efforts to follow U.S. laws.
Because of this daily barrage, we are looking for how artists are responding to these events and changing times. The show is limited to two-dimensional work no larger than 24” x 30”.
