Come protest ICE, Trump, oligarchs, DOJ, Illegal Tariffs, Illegal war actions, and more. Keep vigil for those murdered and/or disappeared by ICE, chant “NO,” bring a sign (and an American flag) on any of the myriad topics that you want to send a message on—justice-fascism-politics for oil.
Take a break to spend an hour with patriots who think like you! This is an event scheduled especially to give locals the opportunity to resist and protest peaceably and very visibly. All are welcome, even if you are not a local. When enough of us say “NO,” it will stop.
Join us every Sunday from 2 to 3 PM at the corner of Green Grove Road and Asbury Avenue in Tinton Falls, NJ, on the sidewalk in front of the CVS.

The Trump administration has made it a priority to expand and accelerate their relentless campaign of immigration enforcement, which has led to skyrocketing numbers of arrests, detentions, and deportations. The New York Times has reported that the White House is pushing ICE to aim for 2,000 arrests per day. In order to meet these quotas, ICE agents and DHS have:
Wrongfully detained and mistreated hundreds of U.S. citizens, often as a result of racial profiling.
Detained migrants with pending immigration petitions at airports, despite having no criminal record and a valid work permit.
Used privacy-violating surveillance technology to apprehend and intimidate individuals.
Fabricated assault claims and accused drivers of “weaponizing” vehicles to justify threats of violence and fatal shootings by agents.
Routinely used excessive force and denied medical care to individuals in custody.
Obscured their faces with masks to maintain their anonymity and failed to adopt the use of body cameras meant to increase transparency and accountability.
Announced plans to invest millions of dollars in high-tech gloves that would allow agents to deliver electric shocks to people they seek to detain.
This endless campaign of increased immigration enforcement is an assault on civil rights and a threat to the safety and privacy of all Americans. Demand that your representatives push back against these unnecessary, unsafe, and unconstitutional tactics.

We need them to focus on freeing people from detention now and then shutting down all ICE detention facilities- not just Delaney, not just the private for-profit prisons.

About the Conditions
A review of data about ambulance calls to Delaney Hall shows that ambulance calls are up precipitously. Last fall Scripps News Service reported that there were 12 emergency calls over the period of two months. Recently a volunteer's OPRA request revealed more than double that number in just one month- from mid May to Mid June. This past Thursday there were three ambulance calls and on Friday there were two.
For one of the emergency calls on Friday, people inside the unit were desperately trying to get their unit-mate care because they believed he was having a heart attack. For the second ambulance call we have reason to believe the person was suffering from a stroke.
The air conditioning that was completely out a few weeks ago was only partially restored. People inside report outages in some areas of multiple units. This includes the sleeping quarters for the women's unit.
People in at least two units are enduring overcrowded conditions. One unit reportedly had as many as 20 men in a room that usually holds 12.
Visitation was canceled on Thursday and delayed by at least three hours on Sunday. Families were given no notice of these changes.
Only family members are allowed to visit. Many family members are being denied because they are reportedly not on a pre-approved list.
The facility continues to release people in the middle of the night- sometimes after 1 am. People do not always have ID, cell phones, money, credit cards or transportation. At other facilities, including Geo facilities, someone will call advocates when releases are about to take place so they can send a volunteer.
One of the units has no hot water, another has only scalding water.

June 25, 2026: In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration can cancel Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians and Syrians, saying that courts cannot override the federal government’s TPS determinations and rejecting plaintiffs’ claims that the decision was motivated by racial bias. The ruling puts all 1.3 million TPS holders from more than a dozen countries at risk of deportation, with work permits expiring immediately.
April 17, 2026: The House has passed H.R. 1689 by a 224-204 vote to extend TPS protection for Haitian migrants through 2029. Ten Republicans joined Democrats to support the measure. The bill now goes to the Senate.
The Trump administration has been pushing to end TPS, or Temporary Protected Status, for nearly 350,000 Haitians in the U.S., claiming conditions in Haiti have improved. Most recently, TPS for Haitians was set to end on Feb. 3, but a judge blocked the end of protections. Haitians were first granted TPS in 2010 due to an earthquake that killed more than 300,000 and displaced 1.5 million more, and the protections have been extended multiple times due to continued dangerous conditions in their home country.
These Haitian individuals and families fled their homes because of danger, widespread gang violence, and unrest. They entered our country legally under the Temporary Protected Status designation. Haitians contribute to our communities, pay taxes, and work in important job sectors such as healthcare, yet they’ve been unfairly demonized by the Trump administration, including in 2024 when JD Vance and Donald Trump repeatedly spread lies that Haitians ate pets even after the story was proven to be false.
Despite what the administration claims, it is still too dangerous for these folks to return to Haiti. Call your representatives to support H.R. 1689 and extend Temporary Protected Status for Haitians until it is safe.
